AgeOptions and our partner agencies offer programs and services that make it possible for people to continue to live independently in their homes. These include home-delivered meals, assistance in applying for benefits, falls prevention and other programs to help you take charge of your health, programs to address social isolation and assistance with transportation, housekeeping and more.
